2024 ANA (In Person/Pre-Pay) Annual Convention Registration
This form is for participants who plan to attend the event live and in person. If you are seeking to attend this event virtually, please complete the appropriate registration form from the Convention Registration page on the ANA website. Note: Mixed attendance is allowed. There are 1-day and 2-day options to attend in-person and virtually for your convenience. If you wish to attend 1-day in person and 1-day virtually, you MUST complete 2 separate registrations so that administration understands how you plan to attend. Thank you for your cooperation and participation.

IL licenses 181-000-XXX. License numbers are used to verify active membership. Renew your ANA membership today.
If you once had a license number and it is inactive, you may write that here. Or you may write 9999 if you are not a licensed DN.

The ANA Annual Convention is an all day 2-day event

Continuing Health Education (CHE) Units are provided for each day upon completion of morning and afternoon seminars. You may sign up for 1-day or both days. All is welcome to join us this weekend. Online payment for this event is at the end of this form.
Totals include 3% credit card processing fee. You may utilize membership rate if renewing annual membership in the same transaction. If utilizing the membership rate, be sure to make your selection in the next section.

ANA Membership Reminder. ANA fees are due annually June 1st.

ANA fees are due annually June 1st. ANA Membership term is annually June 1st - May 31st. After July 1st, a $20 late fee is applied to your account. Renew your membership to unlock more incentives through the ANA.

Naprapathic Practice Act Pledge Contributions

NPA Pledge. If you haven't got a moment to contribute to the NPA pledge ($250), not to worry you may still contribute online here or bring your contributions to the annual event. The Naprapathic Practice Act or NPA pledge continues to fund initiatives in Springfield and now Washington D.C. creating more opportunity for licensed DNs not just in the state of Illinois, but through out the United States.

Certificate of Completion Submission

Participants will receive their certificates of completion electronically. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your electronic submission. There is an additional fee ($10) to re-email a previously issued CEU certificate of completion. If there are any issues with receiving your certificate, please email ceu@naprapath.org
